Air India on Wednesday revealed the fortifying and growth of its international footprint with the launch of brand-new flights linking Mumbai with New York, Paris, and Frankfurt, and the resumption of non-stop flights linking Delhi with Copenhagen, Milan, and Vienna.
This growth comes as the airline company continues to make development in enhancing its fleet with newly-leased airplane, and the return of existing airplane to active duty. The brand-new Mumbai-New York service will run everyday to John F Kennedy International Airport utilizing B777-200 LR airplane and will begin from February 14, 2023.

It will match Air India’s existing day-to-day service from Delhi to the New York location’s John F Kennedy International Airport and 4 weekly flights to Newark Liberty airport. This takes Air India’s India-US frequency to 47 non-stop flights weekly.
To Europe, Air India will include 4 weekly Delhi-Milan paths beginning with February 1, 2023, and thrice-weekly flights on each of Delhi-Vienna and Delhi-Copenhagen, beginning from February 18 and March 1, 2023, respectively. All these flights will be run by Air India’s B787 -8 Dreamliner airplane including 18 Business Class and 238 Economy Class seats.

With the resumption of these flights, Air India will serve 7 cities in Europe with 79 weekly non-stop flights – 48 to the United Kingdom and 31 to Continental Europe.
