The Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Mr. Godwin Emefiele, has actually resumed task after his yearly getaway abroad.
Mr. Emefiele, who continued on leave in December 2022, resumed work today, Monday, January 16, 2023.
The Governor resumed with restored vigour to perform his task ahead of the very first Monetary Policy Committee (MPC) conference of the year set up for January 23 to 24, 2023.
A declaration signed by the Director, Corporate Communications, Osita Nwanisobi stated Mr. Emefiele stays dedicated to carrying out the job prior to him in line with his oath of workplace and the policy instructions of President Muhammadu Buhari.
