Service
A friendly welcome and warm, aromatic hand towels upon check-in make an excellent impression, with our demand to switch around supper reservations dealt with magnificently.
Service shows irregular later on, nevertheless; In the Garden Rooms and Bar we discover it worryingly indifferent, in the beginning, without any welcoming or interaction beyond taking our order.
Breakfast, primarily staffed by young trainees, is great, if a little neglectful. Supper at Hugo's sees a long haul to find menus for our table, so we share 2 till more can be discovered.
Among our beverages is forgotten, too. The majority of personnel are lovely and handy, however there's space for enhancement to make this seem like a luxury offering.

Visitor spaces
Bedroooms, created in a calming scheme of soft mauve, pistachio, and sand are generous in size, properly designed and really comfortable.
Our living room has a lot of area, great storage and seating, a good desk, and cabinet.
Cool, cotton sheets, exceptional beds, charging areas, and a lot of lighting choices produce a well-conceived area.
The restroom, with French L'Occitane items, is spacious and luxuriously selected nevertheless, the dark marble feels outdated and would take advantage of a refresh.

A choice of tasty, home-made cookies with glasses of milk and Butler's chocolates for the grownups are a welcome touch.
A cool coffee station with kettle and Nespresso device has 4 cups (frequently an oversight in living room), plus Barry's tea, Nescafé pods– consisting of decaf– and Walkers shortbread.
The little refrigerator would be a terrific location to keep fresh milk for our tea, instead of the UHT up top.
