Oberoi Realty’s Q1 PAT down 20% YoY at 321 crore

Oberoi Realty's combined net revenue in the June quarter fell a 5th to 321.6 crore and earnings was down a little bit at 910 crore compared to 913 crore year back.

Sequentially, the net revenue decreased 33 percent and profits was down 5.4 percent.

The business stated it was combining 3 wholly-owned subsidiaries -Oberoi Construction, Oberoi Mall and Evenstar Hotels with itself, modifying an earlier strategy to combine 4 subsidiaries with itself.
